"Word-candy in the mouth;" "Oral sex with the words;" "Enjoy the dance of your lips and your tongue..."
These expressions refer to the fact that the pleasure of language is not only in the meaning and the musicality of the words. There is also a physical pleasure to be found in the use of the organs of speech, just as a dancer finds a kinaesthetic pleasure in the use of her body. This awareness is a component of good writing, and when re-experienced by the actor (Secondhand words; Supertext), it further triggers a mirror response in the audience.
